Based on the results of the management audit, the organizational diagnosis and internal communication analysis, our key objective during the concept- and process planning phase is to keep the balance between goal achievement, costs and benefits. The actual change process is driven by the management team and the employee delegates supported by one ore more Executive Coaches. Most of our Executive Coaches are methodologically trained, former C-level executives, who are also business sparring partners challenging individual managers and management teams.
