Nicole Scherf has 20+ years of experience as a project manager within international consulting firms and has been an Equity Partner with a leading search firm for more than 5 years. She holds an INSEAD Executive Master's in Consulting & Coaching for Change as well as a Master's Degree in Modern Languages with focus on Economics. Apart from interviewing and management development audit, her key competency is to analyze group dynamic processes and co-designing and co-implementing change concepts.
