Our methodologically standardized observation- and evaluation process leads to comprehensive and contrastable results that are perceived as being fair and objective by the candidates. The management development audit includes a biographic, competency-based interview complemented by at least one supplementary module (i.e. selected online tests) and - if adequate - by other qualitative data deriving for example from 360° feedbacks.
