Organizational Diagnosis & Internal Communication Analysis.

The German affiliate of a global, family-owned company invited us to conduct an
initial Organizational Diagnosis & Internal Communication Analysis. Anticipating increasing business globalization in their segment, the company management
plans to implement a new strategy that requires to transform the company from a product-driven into a client-centric organization. The success of the global restructuring project is heavily dependent on the quality of cooperation between decentralized, virtual teams from different product departments, production, logistics and disribution. We identified local behavior, interaction and communication patterns that are counterproductive to the strategic goal achievement. We presented a condensed report containing immediate action points as well as suggestions for short, mid and long-term measures to be taken in order to reach the goal.
